We have said it over and over again- and we will say it once more- Summer in Bend is magical! If you are lucky enough to be here this weekend, it is one of the best for local fun and just general good times.
Some of the ways we reccomend spending the weekend include, visiting one of our many local lakes or floating the river. It is always the perfect way to cool off and rumor has it, it is going to be a hot one. You can rent tubes if you need, we love a good paddle board to either the lakes or the river. Well worth it!
The Old Mill has concerts this weekend Jason Isabell has a southern roots style and alt-country which sounds super fun for Saturday.
On the actual 4th of July be sure you hit up the Pet Parade downtown, it has become a great tradtion for people to attend and participate in wear your Red, White and Blue and watch kids and pets parade all around. It is a classic event and one of our favorites. Then watch the fireworks from Pilot Butte, which are set to go off July 4th at 10pm.
We will be closed on Tuesday July 4th- but we look forward to hearing how you spent the weekend in Bend On Wednesday!
